FAQ:

1. When should I reset?

> Only one side plays music.

> Both earbuds can't work together.

> Both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.

How to restore the earbuds?

Step 1: Delete the “H06” record from the Bluetooth menu on your phone and deactivate the Bluetooth setting of all the devices near by the earbuds.

Step 2: Take out both earbuds from the case and keep them on, tap the two earbuds 5 times and then put them back into the case and close the lid (During this time, both earbuds will flash Red & Blue light alternately for 3s, then the red light keep 1s and goes off, which means the both earbuds have been reset completely)

Step 3: Now, open the charging case lid to turn them on, activate the Bluetooth setting on your device, search and select 'H06' to connect, it should work properly. If not, please repeat the steps above.

2. How to pair the wireless headphones with a new device?

> H06 earbuds have memory function, they usually auto connect with the last paired device.

> Thus, if you want to pair them with other device, you should disconnect “H06”from the last paired device, AND forget the pairing record on the last device. Then try to connect it to a new device, it should connect successfully.
